We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is damaged, defected, or has any other physical issues that are not normal. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on items that have no defects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged on arrival. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as visual proof of the damaged item. Email us at support@three5ths.co to contact our customer support team to inquire about a return/exchange.

Pre-orders
Expected delivery dates do not apply to pre-ordered products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like clothing that has been visibly worn.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that if you are located in Spain, Belgium, Poland, or Canada (some regions) we will not be able to offer a re-shipping service. This means that if you incorrectly input your delivery address, we are not able to re-ship the parcel to your location. We would also not be able to offer you a refund. Please ensure to double-check when inputting your delivery address.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your package has been delivered to the wrong address due to your error, (i.e. mistyping the address), we cannot provide a full refund. We can only provide a partial refund or coupon.
