How much does shipping cost?

We are offering FREE Standard Worldwide shipping. We also have Express options for additional costs, starting at only 11 USD.

    How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

    98% of orders are shipped within 48 hours. Naturally, large orders may take longer. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to customers accordingly.

    What if i didn't get a confirmation email?

    If you have provided an email during checkout and not received a confirmation email, it is best to first check all your inboxes for your confirmation email as they may somtimes be sent elsewhere. If you still cannot find it, we are happy to resend you one by getting in touch with us.

    Why is my order taking longer than expected?

    It is likely your order is delayed if your order is large. However, if your order has been delayed for an unreasonable time, please contact our support email Support@three5ths.co and we will be happy to assist.

    Why did I receive my items in seperate packages?

    Clothing will always shipped together, with the exception to hats, bags, and other accessories we may sell. This is due to our products all being made on demand. We are currently working on getting to ship all items together.

    This may also occur if we have an item unexpectadly out-of-stock that we need some more time fulfilling. Rest assured out team will communicate you with any issues with your order. Don't hesitate to contact us here.

    Where do you ship from?

    Our head team is located in Melbourne, Australia. However, we ship our products directly from our highly qualified manufacturers in China to our customers. our manufacturers have been in the business for over a decade and provide us with the highest quality clothing and prices.

    Why is my tracking number not updating?

    Due to the complexity of international shipping, it is extremely difficult for couriers to track the parcel during the international traveling process. Thus, while the parcel is in transit overseas, updates are not as often. However, once your parcel arrives in your country of delivery, the parcel will be passed onto your local courier and updates should be frequent. If the parcel has been stuck for more than 7 days, please contact email us at support@three5ths.co.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Do you offer exchanges or returns?

    We offer free returns/exchanges if your order has came damaged or defected, if requested within 14 days of your item being delivered

    If the item has not been damaged on arrival, we aren't able to offer returns or exchanges due to the complexity and high cost of shipping. Please contact our customer support team (via this email: support@three5ths.co) to request a partial refund for the item instead.

    We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged or worn by the customer. Visit our Return Policy Page for more information.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You are able to process a cancellation of your order within 1 day of placing your order by contacting our Customer Support Email Support@three5ths.co or via this page.

    We cannot accept order cancellations after 1 day as your order would have already been printed due to our products being made on demand. For further information, visit our Cancellation Policy Page.

    What if my order came damaged?

    Please contact us through the form at the bottom of this page or by emailing our Customer Support Team through Support@three5ths.co

    If your order has arrived damaged, defected, or is the wrong item, we will offer you a replacement order or refund accordingly.

    Donations

    Who do you donate to and how much?

    We specify who we donate to and how much for each collection seperately. However, we have a Donation Policy Guarantee (Click here for more information) where we guarantee every order will donate a portion of its profits to charity. Our common chosen Non-profit Organization is the MATW Project whom is a trusted, reliable, and registered Non-profit organisation by the ACNC.

    How do I know when you donate?

    We post our receipts on this page as well as on our social media accounts on Instagram and Tiktok. These receipts can be confirmed through the Non-profit Organization.

    When do you donate?

    Currently we plan to donate once a month, collecting our profits for huge donations. However, with more and more support, we will be able to donate more frequently in the future.

    Products

    How's the quality of your clothing?

    Almost all of our clothing is 100% premium and pre-shrunk combed cotton. This allows for a super soft and warm feel fitted with the streetwear fashion style.

    Do your sizes run small or large?

    All sizes run large.

    Almost all of our clothing is 100% cotton. However, shrinkage should be little to none as our clothing has been pre-shrunk. Please note that almost all our styles are fit for the streetwear fashion of "oversized" and "baggy". Please follow the size charts listed under each product for a more accurate estimation of your size.
