OVERVIEW

You recognize that any delays after your product is shipped are not under our control. However, we will do everything we can to fix your order if it has been damaged or if the wrong item has been delivered. Please contact us by emailing Support@proganapparel.com if any of these issues arise.

Shipping will depend on multiple factors, including where you are located. Here is an estimation of how long shipping takes once your order has been shipped. Please note that these estimations are both based on business days only and are not guaranteed and any delays or unforeseen issues may still occur. The estimated shipping time may still deviate. However, any issues will be dealt with and customers may be eligible for compensation.

We offer free worldwide shipping. However, express shipping will cost extra (depending on your location which can be calculated at checkout) and will be at your expense. Please note that fast or express shipping may or may not be available to your address.

You recognize that although 98% of all orders are shipped within 48 hours, this is not a guarantee, and any delays or issues, whether it be due to ink shortage, pandemics, holidays, high demand for large orders, or any other unforeseen issues, are still possible. All clothing is printed on demand, and thus these issues may arise, although they are rare.

You recognize that sometimes products may arrive in separate shipments. This may be due to the aforementioned reasons, and delays may occur.
